Whether I’m capturing those joyful moments in people’s lives, or in
animals, I bring a lifetime of creative experience and a soul
connection to the task. And if you manufacture a product that you
need to show off to best advantage, I give it the same care and
meticulous attention.
I grew up in Houston, Texas where I studied dance and interior
design, and put that education to use as a dance instructor and
designer for a number of years. Then one trip to Northern California
as a young woman with a big camera riding on the back of a Kawasaki motorcycle was all it
took to get me to move. Sonoma County has been my home since 1979. I
continued teaching ballet, tap, jazz dance, and fitness classes until I retired from dance in 2003.
Photography had
been my passion since 1975, consuming every spare moment and every
spare dollar on film. This passion became a part-time business in
1991, using part of my home as a studio and then full time in my new
Tuscany style studio in 2005. |
